A Brazilian tourist will plead guilty to recording sex with his Australian lover and uploading it to a porn site without consent.
Fabricio Da Silva Claudino, 31, allegedly filmed the consensual sex with his Sydney boyfriend at their Marrickville home in July last year.
Burwood Court heard on Thursday that Da Silva Claudino intends to plead guilty to 11 charges of taking and distributing explicit images and video without consent, ABC News reported.

The former Emirates flight attendant reportedly uploaded several images that exposed his ex-boyfriend's genitals to OnlyFans, a platform where subscribers pay to view amateur porn.
He also posted a photograph with his partner on Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro that was captioned 'Video coming up soon — stay tuned'.
Da Silva Claudio then uploaded the graphic four-minute video to his 'Fabricio Monkey' account which he promoted to followers.
Da Silva Claudino's ex-boyfriend was allegedly unaware the pair's sexual acts were being recorded on an iPhone.

'The victim is clearly unaware of this activity being recorded and can be depicted in the recording as face down throughout,' police court documents read.
'At one point the defendant positions the mobile phone towards a mirror where his face is depicted ... at no stage, did the victim consent to the defendant taking this recording.'
The pair met in Brazil last year and ended their relationship in Sydney after five months of dating.
Da Silva Claudino remained in Australia and mainly supported himself through posting explicit content to his online platform.
On Tuesday Da Silva Claudino also pleaded guilty to 15 charges relating to obscene and indecent exposure between September 2019 and February 2020.
He exposed himself on the balcony of his Surry Hills apartment while in view of a high school and Prince Alfred Park.
The Brazilian has spent five months in Silverwater prison and previously pleaded not guilty to the revenge porn charges.
He is due to be sentenced at the Downing Centre Court next month and is then likely to be extradited home.
