CM Arvind Kejriwal’s uncharacteristically conciliatory response to the LG over treating outsiders in Delhi’s hospitals is a pleasant surprise. It’s heartening that this episode hasn’t been allowed to explode into another Delhi-Centre, AAP-BJP row. The capital’s residents will be the winners if this can become a template for the future.
