A 45-year-old woman missing from Brisbane's south since Friday has been found, police say.

Yujie Fu had been last seen on Renita Street at Slacks Creek about 12.30pm on Friday.

Police and family members held serious concern for her welfare as she has a medical condition.

It comes after a woman missing near a major south-east Queensland dam west of Brisbane since last week was found "safe and well" on Tuesday.
