The Cabinet cleared the a new SOP for the people entering into Goa. They have two options. Go for home quarantine with family for 14 days and than get tested. Or pay 2000 rupees for test and go institutional paid quarantine till the results arrive. The cabinet also put a stay on all on recruitment till December 2020.

Along with canceling new recruitment, foreign tours and domestic tours funded by the government for bureaucrats has been canceled till December 2020 as the government tightens its belt. Also no new items such furniture or electrical items will be bought till December 2020.
