Australians are raving about a food blogger's caramel slices topped with a thick layer of impossibly smooth chocolate.
Melbourne housewife 'That Organised Mum', who gives her name only as Em, shares recipes, cleaning tips and parenting advice with her 26,600 followers on Instagram.
Her most popular post is a plate of indulgent chocolate and caramel biscuit chunks which she 'made from scratch' in her Thermomix, a German-designed multipurpose food processor.
Amateur bakers asked how she creates such a flawless coating of solid chocolate and cuts every piece into a neat rectangle, without a single crack appearing on top.
Em said her secret is melting the chocolate with two teaspoons of coconut oil which causes chocolate to harden faster and thicker, strengthening the outside into a shell which is less likely to crack than chocolate that's hardened on its own.

Once she removes the tray bake from the fridge, she waits 15 minutes before cutting it into individual slices.
This allows the chocolate to soften slightly, further reducing the risk of cracking.
A follower shared her own advice, revealing she heats the knife before cutting the caramel bake into chunks.
'When I'm cutting, I dip my knife into hot water and wipe between each cut. My chocolate never cracks doing this,' she said.
Em makes her slices using a recipe from Ali Hammond, a baker and self-titled 'Caramel Queen' from northwest Tasmania who specialises in creating cakes and desserts in a Thermomix.
Ms Hammond's recipe is included in her eBook The Caramel Collection, which can be downloaded for $25.95 AUD.

The slices have proved a huge hit, with Perth parenting blogger 'Organised Life' calling them the 'best ever'.
Another follower said: 'Stop it! All I can think of now is the joy my face would feel if I was to be eating [that] caramel slice..... I want some joy!'
Em shared her top baking tips with Daily Mail Australia, which include always adding more chocolate chips than the recipe instructs, never flattening biscuit or cookie dough and always using Aldi butter because it 'never fails'.
Flattening biscuit dough instead of letting it settle naturally stifles air from the mixture which prevents it from rising and cooking evenly in the oven, resulting in thin, brittle biscuits without much flavour.
