The Hyderabad MP and All India Majlis-e- Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has joined the ongoing criticism against the government over the LAC stand-off. Earlier today, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at Home Minister Amit Shah and said that his remarks, that India is capable of guarding its borders is a ‘feel-good thought’ and that everyone knows the status of India’s borders. 

On Indian Army’s standoff with People’s Liberation Army (PLA) troops in eastern Ladakh, Owaisi has now said that the government should disclose if the Chinese military has occupied Indian territory along the Line of Actual Control. Owaisi also asked the government to disclose the outcome of the dialogue held with the Chinese PLA officers on Saturday.
