An editor of Pakistan's Dawn newspaper, Fahd Hussain, has praised Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath for his handling of the Covid-19 situation. Fahd compared Uttar Pradesh with Pakistan's situation and said his country performed poorly. Pakistan's population is comparable to that of Uttar Pradesh, while it has better per capita GDP than the Indian state. Interestingly, Fahd also tweeted a graph that shows how Maharashtra has performed even worse than Pakistan, although it has younger population and higher GDP per capita.
