New Delhi: Kochi-based investor Porinju Veliyath sold shares of microcap firm Raunaq EPC International, BSE bulk deals data showed on Monday. In another update, Kotak Mahindra Investments also offloaded some stake in Coffee Day Enterprises.

For the day, the benchmark BSE Sensex rose 0.24 per cent higher at 34,307, while the 50-share Nifty settled 0.25 per cent up at 10,167.

>> Porinju Veliyath sold 21,012 shares of Raunaq EPC International at Rs 24.40 a share, while Mahindra Girdarilal Wadhwani bought 20,000 shares of the company at the same price.

>> Kotak Mahindra Investments sold 12.84 lakh shares in Coffee Day at Rs 14.05 each.

>> Rajasthan Gum Pvt Ltd bought 48.48 shares of Subex at Rs 7.80, while Kaushaliya Devi Dhoot sold 48.48 shares of the same price.

>> Shiv Marketing and Trading bought 60,000 shares in United Polyfab at Rs 6.35 a share.

>> RBL Bank, PVR, Rolta India, Oriental Trimex, NCC, Just Dial and Equitas Holdings and Indiabulls Housing Finance also witnessed bulk deals during the day.
