Virus: Maharashtra sets up panel to fix testing charges at private labs
The Maharashtra government has formed a four-member committee to ascertain charges of COVID- 19 tests conducted at authorised private laboratories in the state, state Health Minister Rajesh Tope said on Saturday.
According to an official statement, Tope said the rates will be fixed within seven days.

Ganga Ram Hospital booked for 'violating' Covid-19 testing guidelines
- A case was registered against Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on charge of violating ICMR guidelines on coronavirus testing.
- The private hospital was issued a directive by the Delhi government on June 3 in this regard.
- The complaint was filed by Amit Kumar Pamasi, Deputy Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department.
- Complaint mentioned that the hospital was not using RT-PCR app while collecting Covid samples, which is "mandatory".
