George Floyd: Thousands at anti-racism protests in UK

Crowds gathered in cities around the UK in anti-racism protests triggered by the death of George Lloyd in the US.

In London, missiles were thrown and a police horse bolted without its rider.

Earlier, protesters knelt for a minute's silence before chanting "no justice, no peace" and "black lives matter".

The protests went ahead despite officials advising against mass gatherings due to coronavirus.
