Given the global epidemic of Kovid-19, the central government is preparing to celebrate World Yoga Day on a digital platform this year. The Ministry of AYUSH said this year's theme will be 'Yoga at Home, Yoga with Family'. People will not be able to gather in one place. According to the Ministry of AYUSH, people will be able to join the Yoga Day celebrations on June 21 at 7 am on the digital platform.

Indian missions around the world will also be connected through digital platforms during this period. The ministry had planned to hold a Yoga Day main event in Leh this year which had to be canceled due to the Corona epidemic.

Along with the video blogging competition 'My Life, My Yoga' launched by PM Modi on 31 May, the Ministry of AYUSH and the ICCR plan to raise awareness about yoga and inspire people to participate in Yoga Day. This competition will be divided into two parts. In the first, the winners of video blogging will be selected and in the second these winners will have to compete with the global winners.

For this, participants will have to post a three-minute video with three totals. Also, in a short video, we have to tell what effect yoga has on his life. The three categories of the competition will be youth under 18, adults over 18, and yoga experts. The first prize for Indian winners will be Rs one lakh, second prize Rs 50 thousand and third prize Rs 25 thousand.
