Mercedes-Benz has launched two new AMG models for the Indian market, namely the AMG C 63 Coupe and the AMG GT R Coupe. Both cars offer a thrill of driving that few can match and have been built to deliver a drive experience that is further enhanced by a level of innovation and cutting edge technology.

Under the hood of both cars is an AMG 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine, however in the C 63 Coupe it delivers 476 hp and 650 Nm of torque, while in the AMG GT R Coupe the engine churns out 585 hp and a stonking 700 Nm of torque. The AMG C 63 gets a speedshift MCT 9G transmission and can do the 0-100 km/h dash in just 4.0 seconds, while the more powerful GT R Coupe gets a 7-speed AMG speedshift DCT and can do the same dash in just 3.6 seconds.
While both cars share the same engine albeit in a different state of tune, the AMG C 63 Coupe has been designed as a car that marries performance and luxury for those who want a bit more space. The AMG GT R Coupe however is a different beast altogether as it offers you that raw unadulterated motoring bliss. The GT R also draws from Mercedes-Benz’s motor racing tech to ensure you get a car that is blistering quick to drive yet extremely safe and easy to control. Having said that, both cars look like the mean business and they are destined to stand out in a crowd.
