Protest suspect

We're following a developing sotry...lexington police say they've arrested the young man wanted in connection to an assault during monday's protest in downtown lexington.

Investigators say 19-year old dylan dempster turned himself in to police headquarters tonight....images were released by police yesterday asking for help identifying him.

He's accused of using a skateboard to smash a vehicle windshield during monday's protest...police have charged two other people in the case...all teens.
