To make his grilled cheese, Jamie explains that all you need is a couple of different types of cheese, bread, butter and an assortment of condiments.
The British star uses cheddar cheese in his toastie, as well as red leicester - because they 'melt nicely'.
First, you cut white bread into two slices and coat each slide of the bread with a generous helping of butter.

Jamie explains he then grates a layer of cheese on the bottom of the pan and puts the cheese sandwich on top.
'Once the cheese is grated, pile a handful on your buttered bread and put it in your fry pan on low to medium heat for three minutes on each side,' he instructs.
The clever chef also adds a 'tiny pinch of Kayam' in the pan for extra flavour.

After cooking the bread on one side, Jamie adds more cheese in the middle of the pan and turns the toastie over.
'For perfection in the eating, you've got to leave it for two mins because inside that toastie the cheese is like a billion degrees celsius,' he explains.
'This is crispy, gooey, fluffy, golden perfection,' he adds.
