Actors Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul have been blessed with a baby boy.
Sumeet took to Twitter to share the news. He tweeted, “It’s a boy. Shall be called VED. Mamma and Daddy are acting cliché … smothering the child every few minutes…”
Soon after the actor announced news of becoming a parent, he was flooded with congratulatory messages on social media. Manav Kaul, Gajraj Rao, Nimrat Kaur, Nidhi Singh, Naveen Kasturia and Mithila Palkar among others congratulated him on Instagram.
Earlier in April, Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul had announced the pregnancy. Sharing a photo of her baby bump on Instagram. Ekta wrote, “Proudly announcing our new project together. Introducing Jr KaulVyas (soon). Created, Directed and Produced by US…. @sumeetvyas and I.”
Sumeet and Ekta tied the knot in September 2018 in the presence of their close friends and family in Jammu. Sumeet had then spoken about Ekta as he said, “Ekta is a pretty straight forward person besides being drop-dead gorgeous. She is like a complete package. I am wondering what did she see in me, how did she think I am the one.”
Sumeet Vyas is well known for web shows like Permanent Roommates and Tripling. He has also appeared in films like Veere Di Wedding, Ribbon, Parched among more.
