Youth shot at by masked miscreants

VARANASI: A 22-year-old youth was shot at by two masked miscreants near Lohradih village in Kapsethi police station area on Wednesday afternoon. The seriously injured person was rushed to the hospital for treatment. A manhunt has been launched to nab the miscreants.
According to reports, Ritikesh Singh, who owns a readymade garment shop in Kapsethi market, was going to his shop in the afternoon when two miscreants on opened fired on him. Ritikesh sustained bullet injury on his neck and fell on the ground. The miscreants fled from the scene of their motorcycle.
CO Badagaon, Gyan Prakash Rai and Kapseti SO Ramesh Kumar along with police force reached there after getting information. The CCTV cameras in the area are being search to get a breakthrough.
