
The South African Weather Service says the country can expect another fine and cool day on Friday.

Gauteng, Free State and North West will be fine and cool.

Mpumalanga will see morning fog patches over the southern Highveld, otherwise fine and cool but warm in places in the Lowveld. It will become partly cloudy in the east in the evening.
Limpopo will be partly cloudy in the east, otherwise fine and cool to warm.
Northern Cape will have morning fog along the west, otherwise fine and cool to warm. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly.
The Western Cape will see morning fog along the west coast and its adjacent interior, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and cool to warm becoming fine from the afternoon.
The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong northerly to north-westerly south of Cape Columbine, but light to moderate westerly to south-westerly east of Cape Agulhas, otherwise light to moderate southerly to south-easterly.
The expected UVB sunburn index is moderate.
The western half of the Eastern Cape will be fine and warm. The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly, becoming westerly in the afternoon.
The eastern half of the Eastern Cape will be fine and cool, but warm along the coast and adjacent interior.
The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly.
It will be partly cloudy to cloudy in the north-east otherwise fine and cool, but warm in places in the east of KwaZulu-Natal.
The wind along the coast will be gentle to moderate north-easterly, but southerly to south-westerly north of Richards Bay.
