Model Brooke Hogan, 27, reveals the easy home workout she swears by to stay in shape - and the five beauty products she can't live without

Since appearing on Australia's Next Top Model in 2013, Brooke Hogan has taken her career across the globe while also being a regular fixture in both Sydney and Melbourne.
She's worked with a variety of brands from Myer, Tommy Hilfiger, Seafolly and YSL while also working as a television presenter for Channel 7's lifestyle show, The Great Weekend.
But among her busy lifestyle, Brooke finds time to look after her body through home workouts and is an advocate for promoting a healthy body image.
Speaking to Husskie, Brooke revealed her typical fitness regime and the top five beauty product she can't go a day without.

Brooke finds time to look after her body through fitness and dieting, and is a big advocate for promoting a healthy body image
When asked how significant fitness is in her life, Brooke said it plays an important role as she always feels better after moving her body.
'I take my dog for a long walk every morning and sometimes that is enough exercise for me, but other days I need to do more to clear my mind,' she said.
'I find exercise is a form of meditation for me – it's time for me to connect and check in with myself.'

While in isolation during the COVID-19 crisis, Brooke has been working out five times a week by completing two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and three runs.
On Instagram, Brooke has previously shared workout routines with her 696,000 followers and said she feels mentally and physically better after working out.
Brooke also revealed she has recently been training for a half marathon.

As well as exercising regularly, Brooke maintains a consistent, healthy diet by eating fresh produce, fruit and lean meats.
For breakfast she said she usually has toast, eggs and avocado or coconut yoghurt, muesli and berries or a smoothie if she's on the go.
Lunch is often 'tuna on a cracker, protein and a salad or a yummy roll', and for dinner she enjoys something different every night.
'Dinner I like to mix it up – we love salmon and veggies but I cook lots of different things,' she said, adding the meals sometimes consist of stir frys, curry, pho or healthy schnitzels.
