On Wednesday, as gusty winds blew along the coastline, the concentration of PM 2.5, one of the pollutants in the air, hit rock-bottom at 15, said air quality watchdog, Safar.
An AQI below 50 is said to be ‘good’ and one that does not harm human health. .
It has forecast the city’s AQI to be 15 on Thursday.
