Actress- model Amy Jackson, who has been spending her time at home with her bundle of joy Andreas, recently shared an adorable picture with her little munchkin. In the candid picture, both mommy Amy and Andreas can be seen enjoying their mother-son time in what seems like a garden. Apart from doing mommy duties, Amy also makes sure to keep herself physically and mentally fit by eating healthy, working out and doing meditation. In her latest post, the actress mentions how meditation has played a huge part in helping her in rebalancing and realigning herself with what's truly important.
