As the Central and state governments allow phase-wise relaxation in curbs to get the life up and running again following over two months of lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we bring you the latest updates from your city.

* UP medical education minister Suresh Khanna has decided to undergo Covid-19 test to set to rest an issue which has cropped up just after his visit to Meerut medical college recently. During his visit to the medical college on June 1, the minister had met a few patients. Later, one of those patients was found positive for novel coronavirus infection.
* For over 19,000 ambulance drivers and emergency medical technician (EMT) staff on the frontlines of Covid-19 fight in UP, it’s a tough life on the road. If it’s not gruelling shifts keeping them up at night, nostalgia for home is. * In an unusual move, chief minister Yogi Adityanath has authorised the use of state aircraft for bringing medical equipment from other states to UP.
* Four nurses and two employees engaged in non-medical work at two superspecialty Covid-19 hospitals were among 15 new cases of novel coronavirus infection reported in the city on Wednesday, taking the tally to 417 so far.
