As people across the country embrace 'Unlock 1.0' amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, actress Sonnalli Seygall recently stepped out of her home to do a little workout session at a park. Sharing a picture of herself as she lay down on the ground with her arms spread wide and legs folded, the actress wrote, 'Nature, meditation and photobombers'. Clad in a cool athleisure, Sonnalli once again can be seen inspiring her fans to make fitness a priority. Ever since the nation went under a lockdown, Sonnalli made sure to follow her fitness regime by doing workouts at home, practicing Kathak and eating healthy.
