An Australian PE teacher has shared the exact foods she turns to when she is feeling tired, bloated and sluggish - and how they will transform your figure in just 24 hours.

Mother-of-two Belinda Norton, 42, from the Gold Coast, said she eats these foods for 'morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea lunchbox' two or three times a week - and always feels better afterwards.

The PE teacher continued by saying that both she and her clients follow this diet several times a week.

'My clients who do this have experienced phenomenal health changes,' Belinda said.

'It is based on food that is nourishing to your blood stream - as it is the most important type of nutrients.

What is Belinda's ideal day on a plate for detoxification?

* MORNING TEA: Mixed berries and a cup of almond milk

* MAIN MEAL: Barbecue chicken or tofu with raw broccoli and cauliflower with a splash of teriyaki seasoning and hemp seeds, cooked for two minutes in the microwave.

* AFTERNOON TEA: Raw roasted almonds, mini cucumbers and a small carrot.

* HYDRATION: Either water or coconut water.

The PE teacher includes mixed berries for her morning tea with a cup of activated almond milk - either store bought or homemade.

Her main midday meal is barbecue chicken or tofu with raw broccoli and cauliflower and a splash of teriyaki seasoning and hemp seeds - all cooked for around two minutes in the microwave.

In the afternoon, Belinda will eat raw roasted almonds, mini cucumbers and a small carrot washed.

'The berries give you antioxidants, the mini cucumbers and carrot give you raw crunch, while the main meal gives you a hit of protein,' Belinda said.

'When I do this, I hydrate with only water or coconut water to give my digestive system a break.

'This meal plan has no toxins and only the purest of nutrients to ensure optimum fuel.'

The PE teacher said anyone can benefit from this meal plan, including children - who ideally should have their own fist size for portions.

'Portions are the most important thing to remember, your fist is the ideal size to go with,' Belinda said.

She also added that it's worth thinking about your general posture and alignment while you're eating this meal plan, as this 'helps with detoxification'.

'Find your correct posture and then pause, hold - it is that easy,' Belinda said.

'It's all about the feel in your muscles as they switch on. My personal goal is always alignment, a neutral spine and core strength for whole body mobility.'
