At least 20 people have died and several others are injured in a landslide in Assam. The landslide has hit the Barak Valley region in southern Assam. As per reports, the region where the landslide has hit witnessed heavy rains in the past few days.
As per reports, at least 7 people died near Lakhipur area in Cachar district while 6 lost lives and 10 others injured in Karimganj district, Fire Department informed. More to follow.
