TIVERTON -- A “rolling graduation party” will be held Friday for the Tiverton High School Class of 2020.
The Tiverton Police Department announced in a Facebook post Sunday that it’s partnering with the high school to help the students celebrate. Traditional high school graduation ceremonies have been canceled this year because of restrictions to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
The parade will start at 9 a.m. from the Central Bakery parking lot and conclude around noon at Tiverton High School.
“Seniors are encouraged to decorate their vehicles in celebration!,” the police said.
