In the midst of the rising infection of the Corona virus, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has given great relief to the people in electricity bills. A day before the fifth phase of lockdown is implemented, on Sunday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, while addressing the people of the state, has given a big relief in relation to the bills of May-June.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that the state government will take a bill of only 50 rupees in May and June from the houses where the electricity bill for April was Rs 100. He further said that the state government will take a bill of only one hundred rupees in two months from those whose bill was up to four hundred rupees.

Significantly, the public is facing economic troubles due to the announced lockdown due to Corona. In view of this, the Madhya Pradesh government has taken such a decision.
