MUMBAI: The
Mira-Bhayander region continues to go tough in lockdown 5 as the
number of
positive cases on a single day on Sunday touched 89.
Only home delivery of essentials like grocery, vegetables, fruits and meat will be allowed from 9 am to 11 pm. These shops will remain shut till June 5 when the order will be reviewed.
Milk will be available in shops from 7am to 11am. Sale of fish is allowed between 5am and 9am.
Shops selling stationery (school books), hardware, building materials, monsoon related products, opticians will be open from 9am to 3pm.
Services like repairing electronics, plumbing and electrical works can be done from 9am to 3pm.
Medical shops will be open between 9 am and 9pm.
The total positive cases as on Sunday is 738 of which 424 have been discharged. On Sunday of the 89 positive cases, 66 were contacts of Covid-19 patients. The death in the region has climbed to 29.
