Covid-19 cases cross 1,000 mark in Kalyan-Dombivli

KALYAN: With 54 more testing positive, Covid-19 cases crossed 1,000-mark in Kalyan-Dombivli on Sunday. The total number of patients is currently 1,034, including 29 deaths.
Out of the 54 new patients, 33 are from the Kalyan area where corona positive cases have exceeded 300.
The Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation has appealed to vegetable vendors to get themselves tested if they exhibit any symptoms such as cold, cough and fever from the nearest fever clinic of KDMC free of cost .
The KDMC has also increased the number of containment zones from 149 to 168.
