Acer Swift 3 notebook launches in India, price starts at ₹59,999

Acer India today announced the launch of its new notebook the Acer Swift 3.

The latest addition to Acer’s notebook series Acer Swift 3 is India’s first AMD Ryzen™ 4000 series mobile processor-powered laptop in the market, the company said

The laptop comes with a narrow-bezel display with an 82.73 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It has a 14-inch Full HD IPS display.

The laptop includes up to 1 TB PCIe Gen 3 8 Gb/s up to 4 lanes, NVMe storage and 16 GB LPDDR4X RAM. It has the 2 x 2 MIMO based Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi 6 AX200 + BT 5.0. for internet connectivity.

The device can deliver up to 11 hours of battery life and has fast charging capabilities. A 30 minutes charging can provide approximately four hours of battery life in video playback, the company said.

The laptop is equipped with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019. It has DTS® Audio, featuring optimized bass response and micro-speaker distortion prevention.

The laptop also has certain features to ensure security including Windows Hello support through fingerprint readers for fast and secure logins. It has Wake on Voice (WoV) feature which allows voice activation for Windows 10 for users even when the screen is off. It also enables user interaction with Cortana while the device is in Modern Standby mode.

Swift 3 is available in Silver colour. The laptop is priced at ₹59,999. It is available on Acer E-store and authorized retail outlets.
