Assam class 10 boards result to be announced on 14 websites
Assam Board to announce class 10 result on Saturday. The Assam Madrassa results will also be declared on June 6.
Image used for representational purpose only GUWAHATI: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (Seba) will declare the results of the Class X state board exam only thorough digital mode in wake of the persisting Covid threat this year.
The results of both High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) exams will be declared at 9 am on June 6. About 3.5 lakh students appeared in the Class X boards in Assam.
"The Class X boards results in Assam will be available on 14 websites and the mobile app SEBA Results 2020," Seba secretary Suranjana Senapati told TOI on Monday afternoon.
Once the Assam board 10th result is announced, the same will be made available on the following websites — sebaonline.org, resultsassam.nic.in, www.ExamResults.net, www.ExamResults.net/assam/, exametc.com, www.newsnation.in, www.newsstate.com, iresults.net, AssamJobAlerts.com, AssamResult.in, www.results.siksha, www.assam.siksha.
Soon after declaration of the results, the students will have to download their mark-sheets through digital mode only. "The hard copy of mark-sheet and certificate shall be provided to the students after opening the educational institutions. The mark-sheets will be available for download in the 14 websites where the results will be declared," said a senior official of Seba.
It has been decided by the board that all the educational institutions will arrange for admission for the successful students in Class XI based on the digital mark-sheet after verification of the results through the Result Gazette, which will be provided to the educational institutions, digitally.
The results of each student shall be verified through the website of Seba, "sebaonline.org", and also by referring to the mobile app. "In case of any doubt, educational institutions have to refer Seba for verification," the official added.
