Delhi airport sets up dedicated area to sanitise cabs before pick up
The Delhi airport has set up a dedicated area at the entry point of its parking zone to ensure cabs coming there to pick up passengers are thoroughly sanitised, according to a Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) statement. Explaining the disinfection process, DIAL said its sanitisation personnel use a specially developed fumigation machine to spray disinfectant inside the vehicle. After completion of the internal disinfection process, the entire outer body of the vehicle is properly disinfected through sanitiser spray treatment.

Religious places and places of worship for public; hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services; and shopping malls; will be permitted to open from June 8, 2020. Schools, colleges, educational/training/coaching institutions etc will be opened after consultations with the states and UTs. Bases on the feedback with all the stakeholders, including parents, a decision in this regard will be taken in July.

Sharp increase in Covid-19 cases in Peru and Chile
Peru on Sunday reported 8,800 new infections, setting a new daily record for a country that already has the second highest number of novel coronavirus cases in Latin America after Brazil. The death toll is now at 4,506, the third highest in the region. Neighboring Chile on Sunday reported 57 more fatalities in the past 24 hours, a new record that brings the country's death toll to 1,054.
