We may call him a ‘superhero’, ‘messiah’, ‘guardian angel’, ‘hero of the hour’, ‘one-man army’ or many such names, but at the end of the day, Sonu Sood is just another man trying his best to serve humanity and help the needy in every way possible, inspiring millions to be kind, too, in the process. Sonu, who has vowed ‘not to rest until the last stranded migrant worker reaches their home safely’ has himself struggled in the past to make it to where he is today. Recently, a fan shared an old Mumbai local train pass of Rs 420 belonging to the actor from when he was 24 years old. As the netizen observed how ‘only a man who has struggled himself understands the sufferings of others’, an overwhelmed Sonu wrote, ‘Life is a full circle’. Sonu has been working in the frontlines day in and out making sure the buses transporting hundreds of migrant workers daily to their states depart safely, the hungry are being fed and the wary are being taken care of.
