IOCL recruitment 2020: Last date to apply for Assistant Officers, Graduate Apprentice Engineers & other posts extended
Image used for representational purpose only NEW DELHI: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has extended the last date to submit online applications for the recruitment of Experienced Assistant Officers, Engineers/Officers, and Engagement of Graduate Apprentice Engineers up to June 15, 2020.
The official notification in this regard reads "The last date for submitting your online application for the aforesaid opening has been extended till midnight of 15th June 2020 in wake of countrywide Lockdown imposed due to COVID-19. You are advised to go through the detailed advertisement placed on this portal before applying for the said position."

Educational Qualification and Experience Eligibility
Assistant Officers in Finance Function
- Applicants should be a graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories) and have passed the CA Intermediate/ CMA Intermediate (or equivalent qualification from CA/CMA institute)
- Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience in finance function as on 31st March 2020. Experience gained after passing of CA Intermediate /CMA Intermediate results shall only be considered.
- Relevant field includes experience in the field(s) of Finance/ Accounts/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting/ Auditing etc. The articled training /practical training which is integrated into the curriculum of respective institutions shall not be considered as a valid experience for this purpose.

- Interested candidates having required educational qualification, valid GATE 2020 marks, and meeting eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for the advertised positions.
- Candidates have to essentially qualify in the GATE-2020 examination in Chemical (GATE 2020 code: CH) /Civil (GATE 2020 code: CE) /Electrical (GATE 2020 code: EE)/ Mechanical (GATE 2020 code: ME) engineering disciplines in order to be eligible to apply..
- GATE marks of previous years (2019 or before) shall not be accepted.
