Three more in media house chain test positive

Noida: Four more tested positive for Covid-19 in Noida on Wednesday, of whom three are relatives of a news channel employee who had tested positive earlier. The news channel cluser has over 50 cases now.
The three in the chain who tested positive on Wednesday are a four-year-old girl, a 60-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man — all residents of Sector 17. The fourth patient is a 38-year-old woman from Galaxy Vega apartments in Greater Noida West. A source said she is a cancer patient. Two employees of another news channel based in Noida reportedly tested positive but were cross-notified to Delhi.
The number of cases in Greater Noida West has been on the rise — 30 people in four villages have been infected so far. Noida has 366 cases now. Meanwhile, nine patients were discharged on Wednesday.
