The rumours have sparked fresh interest about the actor’s next movie projects. It comes at a time when Vijay’s Master continues to be hyped by fans as its release is getting delayed due to the pandemic.

While it was earlier announced that Vijay’s 65th film will be produced by Sun Pictures and directed by AR Murugadoss, his 66th film was speculated to be produced by his father, SA Chandrasekhar.

 However, reports have now surfaced that Lalit is likely to produce the 66th film.

When DT Next reached out to Lalit, he said, “Vijay sir never commits for any other projects when he is working for a movie. So, when he starts his next film, he will decide regarding the producer for his 66th movie or other subsequent movies. As of now, nothing has been confirmed yet but we will release an official statement when there are any updates.”
