Tupperware Brand announces the appointment of Díaz de la Fuente as the Chief Human Resource Officer following successful careers in human resources at multinational companies including GE and Herbalife Nutrition. Previously, she donned the cap of being the head of human resources at El Palacio de Hierro, a worldwide recognized retail group based in Mexico.
Tupperware Brands Corporation appointed Díaz de la Fuente who will start from June 1st, 2020 and will oversee the company's complete human resources strategy, including talent management, HR technology systems, leadership development and compensation and benefits.

As an installation in the Company's topical organizational reform, all human resources functions globally will account directly to Díaz de la Fuente. She will be accountable for leading the Company's culture exertions and founding a strong outline or framework that simplifies organizational decision-making and future progress.
Earlier at El Palacio de Hierro was devised company’s organization redesign strategy to deliver year over year savings and recruited the talent base needed to execute the company’s strategy. She was also in charge for edifying a new talent review system, beginning a culture transformation initiative and creating new service model and protocols for sales representatives based on sales, business competencies, culture and merchandise. At Herbalife Nutrition, serving as the Vice President of Finance and Distribution Operations, she undertook the company’s first international shared services strategy and lead several global HR and operations ingenuities including new payroll systems, talent and incentive programs, and succession planning. She was accountable for building an organizational structure to offer more service to the company’s independent distributors and pioneering a strategy that improved the coverage of products to distributors.
