Primus Partners, a consulting firm set up by industry veterans, focusing on India, today said that Ghanshyam Dass has joined as a Senior Advisor to support Primus’ growth journey and advise leadership on strategic initiatives.
A seasoned business leader, Dass is the Vice President of the Para Athletics Federation of India, a Trustee of the Braj Foundation and a member of USIBC. He is also an Advisor on the Abhaya Foundation’s - National Advisory Council and serves on the governing council of Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Centre. He formerly served as an advisor for various firms, facilitating the strengthening of core businesses, by maximizing business opportunities and optimizing market synergies across industry sectors. He supported these firms in building a strong pipeline from the assigned regional market.
Ghanshyam joined NASDAQ OMX Group in 2000 and served as the Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Middle East. He also served as the General Manager and Chief Executive of Majan International Bank (a subsidiary of Commerz Bank A. G., Frankfurt, Germany) in the Sultanate of Oman.

He holds bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics from Delhi University, New Delhi, and masters’ degree in Linguistics (an Inter Disciplinary Course) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
