Cyclone Amphan: Megastar Shah Rukh Khan donates to West Bengal CM's relief fund

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan pledged support to West Bengal Chief Minister's relief fund with a number of initiatives in the wake of super cyclone Amphan which ravaged the state on May 20th. A post shared by Shah Rukh's Meer Foundation, mentioned that ration and essential hygiene items will be distributed to the needy across four most-affected regions- Kolkata, North and South 24 Parganas, and East Medinipur. These measures will be undertaken while maintaining social distancing and using the necessary safety equipments. SRK, taking to his Twitter handle also shared a statement that said 'we must stay strong through these testing times until we can smile together again.'
