Share market update: 14 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

Bayer Cropsc., Alkyl Amines and Coromandel Int. hit their fresh 52-week high during the day.

NEW DELHI: Around 14 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Alchemist, Aarti Drugs, Bayer Cropscience, Coromandel International, Educomp Solutions , Kapston Facilities Management, Mittal Life Style and Vertoz Advertising.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 78.50 points up at 9107.55 on Wednesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Overall, 33 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 17 were trading in red. In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, UPL , ICICI Bank, Grasim Industries and Hindalco Industries were among top gainers.

While UltraTech Cement, ITC, Titan Company , Sun Pharma and Indian Oil Corp were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 271.93 points up at 30881.23.
