Infiniti Bets On Digitally-Led Sales And At-Home Delivery And Services

Infiniti has just announced its new ‘Infiniti Now’ initiative designed to help new customers and existing owners navigate their way through the coronavirus pandemic.

As part of the initiative, participating Infiniti retailers are scheduling custom services for customers, including mobile test drives, vehicle pickup and delivery, at-home vehicle delivery, and enhanced vehicle cleaning. This includes improved cleaning of high-touch areas and the implementation of social distancing measures within retail stores.

In addition, Infiniti Now provides customers with a 1:1 personal digital shopping tool designed to connect customers directly with the automaker’s retail product experts. Customers will be guided through everything, from learning about Infiniti’s line-up to scheduling a test drive and getting their financing in order. A full roll-out of this program will begin on July 1.

Also forming part of Infiniti Now is the ICAR-X service. This system provides clients with an interactive multi-point inspection of their vehicle and updates a customer of their vehicle’s condition after a technician completes a once-over. If repairs are required, the customer can authorize additional servicing over the phone.

Infiniti is also expanding on its previous financing commitments with the initiative and is offering deferred payments for up to 90 days on the purchase or lease of all 2020 Infiniti models. In addition, it is offering 0 per cent financing for 72 months.
