A home cook has used her $29 Kmart sausage roll maker to create piping hot doughnuts oozing with cream and raspberry jam.
The Australian woman used the White Wings Baked Doughnut Bites mix she purchased from the supermarket for just $4.
Following the instructions from the box, she placed the doughnut mix, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, 60mL of milk and one egg in a bowl.
Once the ingredients are combined, she spooned the mixture into each plate and allowed them to cook for up to six minutes.

If you pre-heat the sausage roll maker, the woman said the mixture takes just four to five minutes to cook four long doughnuts.
'I never use spray oil as it ruins the non stick surface. I only ever use vegetable oil. I also found that you need to be generous when oiling the hollows in the sausage roll maker as the cake mixes have a tendency to stick,' she said.
To make the doughnuts appear 'golden', she decided to place them in a deep fryer for about one minute after she cooked them in the sausage roll maker.
She also added a 'touch of water' to her jam to get a 'slightly runny consistency'.
The woman shared her dessert in a Facebook group and was quickly met with hundreds of comments.

'Sausage roll makers are out of stock Australia wide, I can't even order online. I've been trying for weeks every day, good luck spending your pay on one of these bad boys,' one woman said.
Another said: 'You are so lucky. I want one but Kmart doesn't have any in stock in either our local store nor online... and I have so many plans.'
