Chardham Project: BRO achieves major breakthrough, tunnel completed beneath Chamba town

In boost to Chardham road project in Uttarakhand, Border Roads Organization teams linked up from North and South portals achieving breakthrough on the 440m tunnel below Chamba. Lt General Harpal Singh said using Austrian technology tunnel to be completed in Oct 2020. On the total budget he said, “The char dham project is of 12 thousand crore.
