Today's headlines:
1. President Cyril Ramaphosa announced last night that the whole of SA will move to Level 3 in the national lockdown.
2. According to notes released by the presidency, collections and drive-through services will now be allowed from restaurants.
3. Meanwhile, SA recorded 22 more deaths, increasing the total to 429.
4. The rand is pumping this morning, last at R17.56/$ in what is set to be a relatively quiet trading day, with public holidays in the US and the UK.
5. Some 164 workers at AngloGold Ashanti’s Mponeng mine have tested positive for the coronavirus, and the mine has been temporarily shut. Read more.
