Emergency services descended on the cemetery off Old London Road in Flint at about 10.30am on Wednesday.
As many as six police cars, as well as two ambulances, are at the scene.
The police helicopter is also reportedly above the scene.

Ambulance service statement
The ambulance service have said a patient was taken to hospital.
They said:
“We were called on Wednesday 20 May at approximately 09:54am to reports of a person needing urgent medical help in Flint Cemetery.
“We responded with two rapid response vehicles and one emergency ambulance. One patient was transported to Countess Of Chester Hospital.”
One ambulance car remains at scene
One ambulance car remains at the scene.
All of the other emergency service personnel have now left the incident.
No further details from police
We are unlikely to get any further details from police on this incident.
We have asked the ambulance service and Flintshire Council for a comment.
Incident is 'medical' in nature
Police have confirmed that the incident is “medical” in nature, meaning somebody is more likely to have fallen ill rather than there being some sort of trauma incident.
