MUMBAI: With Covid-19 cases on the rise, Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation has extended its shutdown till May 21.
While home delivery of essential goods is allowed, groceries, vegetables and fruits will remain shut. The region registered 18 positive cases on Sunday, taking the total to 330. Of these 97 are active cases and there are 10 deaths.
