U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Tuesday said going forward Americans may receive debit cards that will act as a "safe and secure way of delivering refunds."

"Do I get to sign the letter again?" Trump joked, referencing a letter Americans received with Trump's printed signature on them acknowledging their stimulus payments.

"The next time we send money, you'll get to send another letter," Mnuchin responded.
