This natural disaster is coming amidst Corona havoc! Prime Minister is holding a high level meeting

The coronavirus has not reduced the havoc in the country yet that a disaster seems to be knocking. Cyclonic storm 'Amfan' appears to be causing a lot of trouble for the country.

The storm has now turned into a super cyclone that can cross the coast of West Bengal and Bangladesh as a severe cyclonic storm on Wednesday, 20 May. Due to this, heavy rains with strong winds can be seen in the coastal areas of Odisha and areas near the Ganges river of West Bengal.

In view of this, PM Narendra Modi is holding a high-level meeting with officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to review the situation arising out of this storm. Home Minister Amit Shah is also present in this meeting which started at 4 pm. Significantly, the number of corona infected people in the country is constantly increasing. This number has now reached close to one lakh.
