Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii actor Sachin Kumar passed away on Friday following a heart attack.
TV actor Rakesh Paul expressed his shock at the sudden death of Kumar in a Facebook post. He shared Kumar’s photo and wrote, “Will always remember ur smiling face mere bhai… Sachin Kumar gone way too soon yaar… May you be in eternal peace bro…”
Actor Vikas Sethi shared, “We have never acted together but I have known him for such a long time. Sachin used to be in every get together at home, we used to hang out together. We’ve known each other for last two decades and we have had so many memories together. We partied, we laughed, we had some great moments. Sachin was a great dancer, he actually mastered the steps of Prabhudeva’s cult song Muqabla and he used to teach us as well. My mind is filled with so many thoughts right now. This news is probably one of the most devastating of 2020. I am at a loss for words. My heart is broken, shattered, with this news.”
Talking to Times of India, Rakesh Paul said, “I couldn’t see him by the time I learnt about his demise, he was already taken to the crematorium. What I have learnt is that he went to sleep and the next day he did not open the door. His parents panicked and they got keys and when they opened the door, he had passed away. He was staying with his parents. The incident happened probably late in the night or early morning.”
Chetan Hansraj told SpotboyE, “It’s very shocking. I also got to know about the news from Facebook and hence I don’t know the actual reason for his death. We had worked together in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii but he had quit acting a long time back.”
Writer Salil Sand also expressed grief on Sachin Kumar’s death. Sharing his photo on Instagram, Sand wrote, “We worked together and now one gets to know that you are no more!! #Stunned and #Shocked #SachinKumar”
Actor-model Syed Zulfi posted a photo of Kumar on Facebook and wrote, “Miss you brother Sachin rest in peace gone to soon.”
Sachin was a maternal cousin of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.
