843 Covid cases now in Thane, 3 new deaths

THANE: The city crossed the 800-mark of Covid-19 patients on Wednesday after 47 new cases were reported in addition to three fatalities, taking the tally to 843 and toll to 37.
"The deceased included a 22-year-old woman from Rabodi who was admitted last week. The youngest patient to succumb had a thyroid problem. The others are a 56-year-old Manpada resident and a senior citizen from Kisan Nagar," deputy civic chief Sandeep Malvi said.
