A soldier who was injured in a snow slide in North Sikkim earlier Thursday has succumbed to his injuries. He was the part of a patrolling-cum-snow clearance party consisting of 17-18 soldiers of the Indian Army that was hit by an avalanche.
Another soldier has been declared missing.
